Cart value
The Cart Value rule allows you to personalize content based on the total or subtotal value of a visitor’s cart. You can choose whether the rule evaluates the cart total or subtotal, then apply an operator such as Less than, Less than or equal to, Greater than, Greater than or equal to, or Equal to.
Enter a monetary value to define the threshold that will trigger the experience. The rule will evaluate the cart against this value to determine when content should appear.
By default, personalization based on cart value begins on the next page refresh after the cart changes. If you enable Real-time updates in the Relevant Bits app embed, content can update automatically when the cart changes without requiring a page refresh. Real-time updates may not be compatible with all stores.
Use this rule to promote free shipping thresholds, encourage higher order values, surface discounts, or tailor messaging based on how much a customer has added to their cart.
