Cart count
The Cart Count rule allows you to personalize content based on the total number of items in a visitor’s cart. Select an operator such as Less than, Less than or equal to, Greater than, Greater than or equal to, or Equal to, then enter the item count that should trigger the experience.
The rule evaluates the number of items currently in the cart to determine when content should appear.
By default, personalization based on cart count begins on the next page refresh after the cart changes. If you enable Real-time updates in the Relevant Bits app embed, content can update automatically when the cart changes without requiring a page refresh. Real-time updates may not be compatible with all stores.
Use this rule to encourage customers to add more items, promote multi-item discounts, or tailor experiences based on how many products are in the cart.
