Imagine showcasing rain gear to your customers exactly when it’s raining. Now you can!

With the Weather rule, you can trigger a recipe based on your visitor’s local weather conditions—whether current or forecasted. This allows you to display highly targeted products and messaging that align with real-time weather patterns.

How-to use the Weather rule type

1. Navigate to the Recipes tab and select the desired recipe
2. Select the Rules tab and create a rule
3. Select the Weather rule type
4. Apply values from the dropdowns
5. Click Save.

Create sophisticated recipes

Now that you’ve added a Customer Segment condition to your recipe, add other rule types such as Customer segment(s), Domain referrer, Date range, UTM parameters and Geographic location to expand or refine your conditions.
