Not seeing Klaviyo customer segments in Context?
If you’ve integrated Klaviyo and the dropdown in Context is empty, it’s likely that you don’t have any customer segments created in Klaviyo.

How to create a new customer segment recipe which uses Klaviyo customer segments
- Navigate to the Recipes tab and select the desired recipe
- Select the Rules tab and create a rule
- Select the Customer segments rule type
- Select 1 or more Customer segments from the list of Klaviyo customer segments displayed
- Click Save. That’s it! Simple right?
Creating sophisticated recipes
Now that you’ve added a Customer Segment condition to your recipe, add other rule types such as Date range, UTM parameters, Weather and Geographic location to expand or refine your conditions.
