Partner program - terms & conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between Relevant Bits, referred to as the "Company," and the partner, referred to as the "Affiliate."

1. Enrolment in the Affiliate Program:
1. By participating in the Relevant Bits Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Approval and Participation:
1. Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
2. Upon approval, Affiliate will be provided with a unique tracking link and marketing materials to promote the companies apps.
3. Commissions:
1. The Affiliate will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link.
2. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of monthly sales generated through the Affiliate's unique affiliate link.
3. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, and payment will be made via the selected payment method in the Affiliate account.
4. Commissions must meet a $100 minimum payout
4. Marketing Materials:
1. The Company will provide Affiliate with approved marketing materials for the promotion of the Companies apps.
2. Affiliate may only use marketing materials provided by the Company or those approved in writing by the Company.
5. Restrictions and Responsibilities:
1. The Affiliate agrees not to engage in any form of spamming, unethical marketing, or activities that may harm the reputation of the Company.
2. The Affiliate may not use their affiliate link for their own purchases or engage in any fraudulent activity.
3. The Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Reporting and Tracking:
1. The Company will provide the Affiliate with access to a reporting and tracking system to monitor sales and commissions.
2. The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are properly formatted for accurate tracking.
7. Termination:
1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
2. Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer be eligible for commissions on subsequent sales.
8. Modification:
1. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time.
2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Limitation of Liability:
1. The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement.
10. Governing Law:
1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
11. Miscellaneous:
1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
2. No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach.

By participating in the Company’s Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
