These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between Relevant Bits, referred to as the "Company," and the partner, referred to as the "Affiliate."
- Enrolment in the Affiliate Program:
- By participating in the Relevant Bits Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
- Approval and Participation:
- Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.
- Upon approval, Affiliate will be provided with a unique tracking link and marketing materials to promote the companies apps.
- Commissions:
- The Affiliate will earn a commission for each sale made through their unique affiliate link.
- Commissions are calculated as a percentage of monthly sales generated through the Affiliate's unique affiliate link.
- Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, and payment will be made via the selected payment method in the Affiliate account.
- Commissions must meet a $100 minimum payout
- Marketing Materials:
- The Company will provide Affiliate with approved marketing materials for the promotion of the Companies apps.
- Affiliate may only use marketing materials provided by the Company or those approved in writing by the Company.
- Restrictions and Responsibilities:
- The Affiliate agrees not to engage in any form of spamming, unethical marketing, or activities that may harm the reputation of the Company.
- The Affiliate may not use their affiliate link for their own purchases or engage in any fraudulent activity.
- The Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Reporting and Tracking:
- The Company will provide the Affiliate with access to a reporting and tracking system to monitor sales and commissions.
- The Affiliate is responsible for ensuring that their affiliate links are properly formatted for accurate tracking.
- Termination:
- This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice.
- Upon termination, the Affiliate will no longer be eligible for commissions on subsequent sales.
- Modification:
- The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
- Limitation of Liability:
- The Company will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement.
- Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
- Miscellaneous:
- This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
- No waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach.
By participating in the Company’s Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
